More information about the 3D puff heat transfer vinyl
3D effect achieved during the heat transfer process, resulting in a thickness of up to 500 μ.
Format suitable for crafts or handmade jobs.
Can be cut with any vinyl cutter.
Packaged in a rigid acetate cylinder.
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
Avoid using nylon or other fabrics with water-repellent coatings.
Run some tests to adjust the pressing parameters (temperature, pressure and time) in order to achieve optimal results
Cuts with an excessively thin width may not stick to the fabric after expanding.
Black vinyl may take on a slightly lighter shade after the transfer.
Excessively high temperature may damage the vinyl, and the puffing effect may not happen as it should.
The pressure will affect the structure of the 3D effect. With a higher pressure, you will get the effect with a smooth finish. With lower pressure, the 3D effect will be higher, but its finish may be rougher to the touch.
Personalised garments should be washed inside out at a maximum temperature of 40ºC
Store this vinyl in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
We recommend applying this vinyl within 6 months after its purchase.
RECOMMENDED CUTTING PARAMETERS
For use with Silhouette vinyl cutters, use the following parameters: blade setting 3, force 8 and speed 8.
For use with Cricut machines, adjust the parameters for vinyl cutting.

How to personalise and apply 3D puff HTV?
Mirror your image and cut it with a plotter/vinyl cutter. Remove the unwanted vinyl, leaving only your design on the liner.
Preheat the press to 140°C - 170ºC (*)
Using a carrier sheet, place the design on the garment.
Press for 20 seconds, medium-heavy pressure.
Open the press and let it cool down for 10-15 seconds
Carefully peel the carrier sheet. Then, remove the newly personalised garment.
(*) The temperature required for this transfer depends on the type of fabric on which the vinyl is applied (polyester, cotton,...). Preliminary tests are recommended.
