RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters are given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
Print the design in mirror mode
Heat the press to 180ºC
Remove the transparent protective film covering the sheet
Place the printed paper on the sheet. Secure them with heat-resistant tape to prevent movement
Place the sheet on the base plate of the press
Close the press at medium pressure for 60 seconds
With the help of a protective glove, remove the newly sublimated sheet
Carefully remove the paper
Before it cools, place a heavy object on the sheet. This will prevent it from curling at the corners
