DESCRIPTION

  • Easy personalisation. The flap is attached to the fanny pack by Velcro. It removes completely for easy removal dye sublimation printing
  • More flaps can be purchased separately to customise and change the look of the bag
  • 2 main compartments with zip fastening  and pocket front
  • Black zip with rust-resistant, soft-zip closure
  • Stretchable strap with plastic clasp
  • Can also be customised using other techniques such as transferheat transfer vinyl, screen printing, UV direct printing , DTF, embroidery and rhinestones

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

  • Print the design at mirror image
  • Preheat the press to 180 ºC
  • If possible, leave the Velcro and the press the Velcro and the coloured part of the flap. You can also protect these areas with protective paper
  • Place the flap on the lower platen on the press and the printed part of the paper on the flap. Fix it with thermal adhesive tape
  • Close the press with a medium pressure for 60 seconds
  • With the help of a protective glove remove the newly printed flap newly printed
  • Carefully peel off the paper
