The Endura fabric is a material we recommend using during the heat press sublimation of Chromaluxe panels.
It ensures uniform heat distribution, enhances the graphic quality of transferred designs, and eliminates moisture that might be accumulated in the sublimatable item.
Remove the Teflon sheet from your heat press, if it has one incorporated
Place the Chromaluxe panel on the heat press with the sublimatable side facing up, and the printed paper in contact with the sublimatable side
Place the Endura fabric on top of the panel and printed paper, or alternatively, you can cover the upper plate of the heat press with Endura fabric
*Press at 200 ºC:
75 seconds for panels of 279 x 356 mm
90 seconds for panels of 400 x 500 mm
*These values will vary depending on the heat press and the dimensions of the panel. You may need to conduct some tests to achieve the optimal setting.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ACHIEVING OPTIMAL RESULTS ON CHROMALUXE PANELS
To remove the protective film covering the sublimatable side of the panel easily and without damaging the edges, we recommend wrapping a piece of adhesive tape around your finger and using this finger to separate the film without scratching the panel
Do not bend the panel after removing it from the heat press and do not rub the edges of the panel. You should wait until it has cooled down before handling it
