Resins formulated to be used as a varnish to provide a protective coating
Ideal to achieve inlays on tables or as an adhesive to fill cracks in glass and ceramic objects
Resistant against abrasion, corrosion, UV rays, environmental factors... Non-yellowing
Self-levelling. Fills any space creating a smooth and uniform layer
Application by pouring, rolling, brushing or spraying
Adhere strongly to a variety of materials: wood, metal, ceramic, plastic...
Supplied in bottles with safety caps to prevent misuse
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
Once you have mixed the resin and hardener in the right proportion, you will get a ready-to-use mixture of 750 ml
Do not add more hardener than the indicated ratio
Store in a warm and dry place
Wear gloves to avoid skin irritation
The date on the can corresponds to the date of manufacture
The container should be 50% larger than the mixture to allow sufficient space for stirring
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Clean the surface you are going to work on
Lift the item to be coated so that the resin flows down its sides. You can use plastic cups for this purpose and place them about 5 cm away from the edges so that excess liquid does not run down and stick the cups to the workpiece
Mix the two components well to avoid, as far as possible, the formation of bubbles or poor curing
Pour the mixture in a circular pattern from the edge towards the centre
Spread a thin layer on the surface. Use a plastic spatula to help spread the mixture
Apply heat with a blowtorch at a distance of about 10 cm to remove the burrs and not burn the surface. Do this in a quick, even motion
Allow to cure for about 72 hours
TIPS AND TRICKS
Pigment the resin with specific dyes to obtain a wide range of colours and decorative effects
Mix the resin slowly for about 3 minutes to prevent bubbles from forming
For painted surfaces, sand before applying the resin
Control temperature and humidity during application. It is recommended to work in an environment with low humidity (below 50%) and between 21 ° and 27 °. A higher ambient temperature will help to accelerate the curing speed
Do not work in temperatures above 37 º
After curing, if soft spots appear, scrape off, reapply the mixture and allow to cure
