DESCRIPTION

• Perfect for adding volume and achieving a shiny dome effect on projects of scrapbooking and crafts
• Application on flat, smooth, non-porous surfaces
• Hand gun for 50 ml cartridges:
  
  • Dispenses the required amount of resin and hardener at the same time in a 1:1 ratio. No pre-mixing required

  • Composed of two tubes: one with clear polyurethane resin and one with hardener

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Suitable for use on vinyl
• Use gloves to avoid skin irritation
• It is advisable to let the resin 24h to avoid damage

STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS

In order for this product to maintain its chemical properties and not suffer alterations, the storage space should comply with the following conditions:

• Cool place with an average temperature between 15 ºC and 25 ºC
• Dry environment with humidity less than 50%
• Do not expose to UV light

PRECAUTIONS BEFORE OPENING

• Upon receipt of the package from the transport agency, wait 24 hours before opening the resin cartridges. During this time, keep them in a cool, dry place, without moving them

SPRAY GUN APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Pre-clean the work surface and level it
• Place the plunger in the dispensing gun making sure that the serrated edge is facing downwards
• To insert the funnel all the way in, raise the rear lever upwards
• Place the cartridge into the dispensing gun and lower the clip so that it locks in place
• Remove the safety cap from the cartridge
• Insert the mixing nozzle and fix it by turning it 90° in either direction
• Gently push the trigger of the gun until the resin reaches the end and discard the initial quantity
• Wipe the excess resin from the nozzle and apply the resin on the surface to be customised
• Clean the gun with acetone so as not to leave residues
• Leave to dry for 6-8h at an average temperature of 20-22 ºC

TIPS AND TRICKS

• Apply the resin from the edge of the design inwards. In case of very small designs, place them in the centre
• Start with a small amount of resin and wait for it to run off. If after 1 or 2 minutes more resin is needed, add a little more resin
• Do not use the final product from the cartridge because it will generate bubbles
• Apply heat with a blowtorch to break up any bubbles that appear during application
• Use a cutter or knife to cut off any resin overflow from the design
• If you personalise mugs or similar products with resin, wash them by hand with warm water and mild soap to maintain their appearance and quality
