Cut the film with the design in mirror mode or to the size of the patch to adhere
Peel off the heat-adhesive film, discarding the transparent part that does not cover the design. This way, only the clear layer with the shape of the design will remain on the liner
Pre-press the garment for 3-4 seconds to remove wrinkles and dampness
Place the film on the garment where you want to apply the adhesive and cover it with protective paper
Press at 130ºC (5 seconds), 150ºC (4 seconds) or 160ºC (3 seconds), medium pressure
Hot peel the protective paper and liner
Place the foil with the coloured side facing upwards on the applied hot-melt foil
Press at 130ºC (5 seconds), 150ºC (4 seconds) or 160ºC (3 seconds), medium pressure
If you have used foil or flock, cold peel it with a smooth and continuous movement

SCREEN PRINTING
You can use the plastisol foil adhesive (Ref. 040431 and Ref. 040252) to transfer the metallic foil onto any textile garment with the screen printing technique. This adhesive base is a ready-to-use paste.
Find more information about the adhesive on this link
Here’s how to use it:
Load the adhesive onto the screen and swipe the squeegee twice
Pre-dry with a heat gun or a flash dryer
Repeat these steps 1 more time
Put the foil with the coloured face up and over it an unexposed screen
Cure for 90 s at 160ºC. You can use a heat press, a flash cure unit or an oven
