DESCRIPTION

Transfer films for heat transfer of heat resistant materials, especially the Poli Tape Flock and Flex HTV or similar vinyls.

Its adhesive is resistant to high temperatures, ageing and UV rays. It can be removed without residue even after long periods of usage
Made in Germany by Poli-Tape
It includes a silicone liner that allows you to cut the vinyl to the size you want and use it at another time without losing effectiveness. This liner is textured, which will help you remove the design without much difficulty
Reusable, although the durability depends on the care against dust, heat or humidity
When using the transfer tape with sublimation vinyls, remember that its polyester composition could transfer the ink. To avoid this, we recommend pressing it for a short amount of time, removing the transfer tape from the vinyl, and finishing the transfer by pressing it again

TIPS & TRICKS

Wait for the printed ink to dry completely before putting on the application tape to avoid migration and ensure bonding
Store the rolls properly so they don't lose their efficiency, and the adhesive does not get damaged
Use a scraper to press down firmly on each part that must stick to the transfer tape. This will ensure that the vinyl is properly attached to the transfer tape

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

The following are general guidelines which may vary slightly depending on the transfer tape and vinyl you are using:

Discard the trimmed vinyl
Glue the carrier onto the vinyl with the help of a scraper, pressing from the centre outwards to avoid wrinkles
Pre-press the fabric to eliminate humidity
Place the vinyl with the thermal side against the fabric
Press it once, following the vinyl's parameters
Open the press and hot peel the transfer tape
Place protective paper, and press one more time to fix it properly

Transfer tape is reusable multiple times over, although this depends on the adhesion and the condition of the material.
