Compact and quiet machine with perfect performance for small to medium volumes of shipments
Ideal for use in small factories, warehouses and shops
Support bar with protrusions for easy fitting and to prevent roll deflection during inflation
Extendable bottom piece from 5.5 cm to 15 cm. Ensures the stability of the machine during inflation and helps to reduce the leverage effect generated by the weight of the roll
Inflation tube with constant air flow for uniform filling of the bags
Conveyor belt made of high quality iron, securely tracks and seals the air bags to prevent wrinkling
Inner blade cuts the side of the bag to expel excess air left over after filling and heat sealing
LCD digital control panel for inflation settings. Adjusts temperature, speed and air flow parameters
Includes 2 hex keys for installation of support shaft. Also spare parts for blade, conveyor belt and high temperature sealing tape
CE certified (EMC, LVD, RoHS) to ensure compliance with European Community quality and safety standards
AIR BAGS
Suitable for filling empty spaces inside boxes, wrapping and protecting more fragile products and ensuring safe transport
Pre-cut rolls that are divided into sections of different widths depending on the type of roll (13 cm, 26 cm, 26 cm or 33 cm)
One bag is the minimum divisible unit, easily separated from the roll thanks to a pre-cutter
Equivalent packaging to conventional bubble wrap. Significantly reduces the amount of material used
Each roll type is designed for specific uses. For example, use the 8-pad format for wrapping cups or vases or the 1-pad format with a cushion-like appearance for filling gaps
Ø5 cm rigid cardboard mandrel on which the bags are rolled
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Extend the green lower leg
Unpack the roll of air bags and look for the opening on the side. To do this, locate the end of the first horizontal heatsealing line
Fit the paper roll onto the support shaft so that the side of the opening is on the inside
Thread the start of the bag through the green guiding pieces and dress the inflation tube until it reaches the conveyor belt
Set the desired parameters for speed (SPEED button), temperature (TEMP button) and airflow (WIND button) using the (+) and (-) buttons
Press and hold the red button until the bag reaches the end of the belt. You will see how the belt is activated and transports the bag through its rails
Press the blue button. This activates the filling of the bag with air and the heat sealing, simultaneously
Press the blue button again to stop filling when you have enough packaging material

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
Avoid using air bag rolls weighing more than 5 kg. This could damage the shaft with the leverage effect generated by the weight of the roll
Do not switch on the machine without having installed a roll of bags beforehand
Regularly check the condition of the blade and replace it if you notice any defects or malfunctions
If you notice that the heat sealing is not complete, check the temperature and increase it if necessary.
Excessively high speed can lead to unbalanced and poor filling. It is important to use an appropriate speed setting so that the machine has enough time to fill each bag evenly
The air flow should be set according to the weight of the material. Too high a flow rate could break the bags or generate streaks that would compromise the protective ability of this packaging material
