THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
To facilitate the placement of the vinyl on the garment, we recommend using the Poli-Tack 853 or Poli-Tack 854 transfer tape, see Related Products
After printing the vinyl with ink, it should be left to dry. It can be transferred to the garment when the ink is dry to the touch

<p><strong>APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS<br></strong></p>
<p>Instructions for heat transfer on cotton fabrics, polyester-cotton blends, and polyester-acrylic.</p>
<ul>
<li>Print the design in <strong>direct mode</strong> on the vinyl<strong><br></strong></li>
<li>Let the ink dry</li>
<li>When the ink is dry to the touch, cut the vinyl with a plotter</li>
<li>Remove the excess vinyl (weeding)</li>
<li>Apply the <strong>Poli-Tack 853</strong> or <strong>Poli-Tack 854</strong> transfer tape with the help of a squeegee</li>
<li>Place the garment on the heat press and pre-press for <span class="azul-negrita">4-5 seconds</span> to remove wrinkles and moisture from the fabric</li>
<li>Place the vinyl on the garment</li>
<li>Press at <span class="azul-negrita">130 ºC</span> (<span class="azul-negrita">5 seconds</span>), <span class="azul-negrita">150 ºC</span> (<span class="azul-negrita">4 seconds</span>) or <span class="azul-negrita">165 ºC</span> (<span class="azul-negrita">3 seconds</span>) with medium pressure, depending on the temperature that best suits the fabric</li>
<li>Remove the transfer sheet <strong>hot</strong></li>

<li>Place the garment on the heat press and pre-press for <span class="azul-negrita">4-5 seconds</span> to remove wrinkles and moisture from the fabric</li>

<li>Press at low pressure for <span class="azul-negrita">15 seconds</span></li>
<li>Remove the vinyl liner</li>
<li>Cover the vinyl with silicone paper and press for <span class="azul-negrita">10 seconds</span></li>
<li>Remove the silicone paper</li>
<li>Remove the transfer sheet <strong>hot</strong></li>
</ul>
