Metal boxes to which a printable aluminium sheet can be attached to the lid using dye sublimation printing .
Each box already includes its aluminium plate and the adhesive to fix it, but additional sheets can be purchased.

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters provided as a guideline . It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
Print the design in mirror image
Preheat the press to 200 ºC
Remove the protective plastic from the printable side of the sheet or plate
Place the sheet on the lower platen of the press and the printed side of the paper on the sheet. Fix it with heat-resistant tape
Close the press with medium pressure for 40 seconds
Remove the newly printed sheet using a protective glove
Peel off the paper carefully
Peel off the protective paper covering the adhesive on the lid and affix the personalised sheet
