Allows you to print designs with defined details in one colour with a mirror effect
Anti-static PET film with anti-sublimation properties
Slightly porous printable side, white colour. It absorbs the ink, keeping it wet so that the DTF powder adheres easily. Additionally, it prevents the ink from migrating or spreading
You can prepare the transfer to be applied to the textile immediately or for later applications
Complies with Oeko-Tex Standard 100 category I, certifying that the raw materials used are eco-friendly, free of PVC, plasticisers, and heavy metals
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
The design is printed only with white ink
If you mistakenly print on the wrong side, you can remove the ink from the film using a piece of kitchen paper or a napkin; the ink will not adhere
It is recommended to store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to perform preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
Print the design in mirror mode on the white side using only white ink
Apply the DTF powder over the ink, covering it completely. Ensure that no powder residue is left on any part of the sheet other than the design. This will prevent unwanted parts of the sheet from transferring to the textile
Cure the ink:
For immediate applications: cure the design at 165 ºC for 2 minutes
For later applications: cure the powder at 190 ºC for 8-10 minutes
Press your design onto the textile, with the metallic side facing up. Protect the heat plate and the base plate with protective paper:
160 ºC for 20-30 seconds
Peel the film cold. The powder will act as an adhesive on the textile, so you should peel the film firmly
If there are rough edges on the metallic film, remove the excess with low-adhesion tape
WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS
Wash in cold water, at a maximum temperature of 30 °C
