DESCRIPTION

• PB40 Threads: Among the PB range, this is the most commonly used due to its fine thickness, offering an optimal balance between aesthetics, cost, and productivity. Recommended for beginners, as the vast majority of embroideries are made with this type of thread
• Designed for high-speed automatic embroidery machines: The threads in the Brildor PB range are made with 100% polyester continuous filament, resistant to such machines
• Suitable for all types of embroidery machines: Designed for high performance in both manual and semi-automatic machines
• Bleach resistant: They have a high sheen, similar to rayon thread, but with the added advantage of colour-fastness, even in extreme weather conditions of strong sunlight and saltwater
• Designed for a wide range of uses: Ideal for embroidering towels, workwear, and denim

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• These threads have successfully passed standard tests conducted in our laboratory. However, we recommend conducting your own preliminary tests before starting production
• It is recommended to use Nm 75 needles, but it is possible to use from Nm 65 to 90

OTHER PB THREADS

Available in 4 different thicknesses, the most popular being PB40 for its fineness. However, each thickness has a specific function:

• PB30 is slightly thicker than PB40 and is intended for jobs where high definition is not required or where the difference from PB40 is not noticeable, making it ideal for lettering. Its main advantage is that the greater thickness allows for significant savings in stitches and machine time
• PB15 is the thickest of all and is ideal for seams and decorative finishes, such as buttonholes or hemstitches, where the simplicity of the designs suggests using higher productivity threads
• PB60 is a very fine embroidery thread, perfect for embroidering details that no other type of thread could achieve, making it especially useful for very small letters. With this type of thread, you can satisfy customers who want to incorporate the smallest details in their embroidered logos
