THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
These threads have successfully passed the standard tests conducted in our laboratory. However, we recommend conducting your own preliminary tests before starting production
More PB threads are available in different thicknesses. Each thickness has a specific function:
PB40 is the most generally used due to its optimal balance between aesthetics, cost, and productivity. It is more advisable for beginners, as the vast majority of embroideries are made with this type of thread. It also has a wider range of colours and formats
PB30 is slightly thicker than PB40 and is intended for work where high definition is not needed or where the difference from PB40 will not be noticeable, making it ideal for letters. Its main interest lies in the fact that the greater thickness allows for a considerable saving in stitches and machine time
PB15 is the thickest of all and is ideal for seams and decorative finishes, such as scallops or hemstitches, where the simplicity of the designs suggests using threads of higher productivity
