DESCRIPTION

POLI-FLEX REFLEX is a transfer film with retro-reflective properties to transfer onto textiles like cotton, polyester-cotton and polyester-acrylic without water-repellent coating, except Nylon vinyl which is suitable for nylon, lycra and water-repellent coated fabrics.

  • Its reflective particles activate in dark environments when the vinyl is exposed to a light source. They reflect in white, except for coloured vinyl
  • The Turbo Silver 4783 HTV can be applied on polyester garments at low temperature
  • Premium 4782 and Nylon 4882 conform to En 471, class 2, for photometric or minimum retro-reflective values
  • The liner is a self-adhesive PET (polyester) film that acts as a carrier sheet
  • The 25-metre rolls have a Ø7.5 cm cardboard core
  • The raw materials are ecologically inert, do not contain PVC, plasticizers or heavy metals and are certified in accordance with Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Class I
  • Made in Germany by Poli-Tape

SILVER 3M (4781)

  • Made of retro-reflective and fireproof 3M Scotchlite fabric
  • Excellent for converting workwear used in low-light environments into high-visibility and safety clothing

NYLON (4882)

  • Multi-layer. Hot melt coating causes the adhesive to melt and mould to the fabric. Once cold, the vinyl recovers its rigidity and bonds to the garment
  • Can cut patterns up to 3 mm
