Customisable with laser engraving, transfer, adhesive vinyl, DTF, screen printing, and UV printing
White bottles can also be customised by sublimation

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMABLE BOTTLES

Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

WITH MUG PRESS

Print the design in mirror mode
Heat the press to 200 ºC
Remove the bottle cap
Place the printed paper around the bottle and secure it with heat-resistant tape
Close the press with medium-high pressure for 35 seconds for the bottle with Ref. 054278 and 180 seconds for Ref. 051526
Using a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated bottle
Carefully remove the paper

WITH OVEN

Print the design in mirror mode
Heat the oven to 200 ºC
Remove the bottle cap
Place the printed paper around the bottle and secure it with heat-resistant tape
Adjust the clamp to the bottle, or place it inside a shrink bag and apply heat with a heat gun. You can also use a silicone sheet
Sublimate in the oven for 6-8 minutes
Using a protective glove, remove the clamp or shrink bag
Carefully remove the paper from the bottle
