POLI-FLEX 4600 is a PU film (polyurethane) thermo-adhesive printable (white, 160 μ) for textile transfer.
The support or liner is a siliconised paper of 137 g/m2

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
You can apply a layer of Poli-Finish laminate if you want to give the design a glossy finish. Alternatively, you can also use siliconised paper
The vinyl is distinguished from the liner by being thinner. The liner is a thick paper
To facilitate the placement of the vinyl on the garment, we recommend using the Poli-Tack 853 transfer tape, see Related Products
After printing the vinyl with the ink, it should be left to dry. It can be transferred to the garment when the ink is dry to the touch
The manufacturer recommends conducting preliminary tests with your eco-solvent ink before printing
PARAMETERS
Temperature: 160 ºC
Pressure: 2.5 - 3.0 bar [medium pressure]
Time: 15 seconds
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Print the design on the opaque side in direct mode
Let the ink dry
When it is dry to the touch, cut the vinyl with a plotter
Remove the excess vinyl (weeding operation)
Adhere the Poli-Tack 853 transfer tape with the help of a squeegee
Heat the press to 160 ºC
Place the garment on the press and pre-press for 4-5 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture from the textile
Place the vinyl on the garment
Press with medium pressure for 15 seconds
Remove the transfer sheet while hot
Remove the liner from the vinyl
If you want to give it a glossy finish, place a piece of laminate over the design and protective paper on top
Press with medium pressure for 15 seconds
Open the press and remove the laminate
WASH RESISTANCE
Wash resistance: max. 60 ºC
Only mild or colour detergents
Wash the garment inside out
Iron the garment inside out
Suitable for tumble drying
