<p><strong>THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND<br></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>You can apply a layer of Poli-Finish laminate if you want to give the design a glossy finish. Alternatively, you can also use siliconised paper</li>
<li>The vinyl is distinguished from the liner by being thinner. The liner is a thick paper</li>
<li>To facilitate the placement of the vinyl on the garment, we recommend using the <strong>Poli-Tack 853</strong> transfer tape, see <strong>Related Products</strong></li>
<li>After printing the vinyl with the ink, it should be left to dry. It can be transferred to the garment when the ink is dry to the touch</li>
<li>The manufacturer recommends conducting preliminary tests with your <strong>eco-solvent ink</strong> before printing</li>

<p><strong>APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS<br></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Print the design on the opaque side in <strong>direct mode</strong></li>
<li>Let the ink dry</li>
<li>When it is dry to the touch, cut the vinyl with a plotter</li>
<li>Remove the excess vinyl (weeding operation)</li>
<li>Adhere the <strong>Poli-Tack 853</strong> transfer tape with the help of a squeegee</li>
<li>Heat the press to <span class="azul-negrita">160 ºC</span></li>
<li>Place the garment on the press and pre-press for <span class="azul-negrita">4-5 seconds</span> to remove wrinkles and moisture from the textile</li>
<li>Place the vinyl on the garment</li>
<li>Press with medium pressure for <span class="azul-negrita">15 seconds</span></li>
<li>Remove the transfer sheet <strong>while hot</strong></li>
<li>Remove the liner from the vinyl</li>
<li>If you want to give it a glossy finish, place a piece of laminate over the design and protective paper on top</li>
<li>Press with medium pressure for <span class="azul-negrita">15 seconds</span></li>
<li>Open the press and remove the laminate</li>
</ul>
