THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
For small designs with a lot of detail, use transfer tape for easier vinyl application. In this case, we recommend using a high tack application tape such as Poli-Tack 850
When using a transfer tape, you must remember that, since it is made of polyester, some of the ink may remain on it due to resublimation. To avoid this, we recommend pressing it for a short time (2-3 seconds), removing the carrier from the vinyl, and pressing it again
After printing the vinyl with ink, it should be left to dry. Transfer it to the garment once the ink is dry to the touch
Print it using cut marks to cut it with the plotter
Wait at least 24 hours before the first wash
SUBLIMATION INK PARAMETERS
Knife blade: 60º
Temperature: 170 °C
Pressure: 2.5 - 3.0 bar [medium pressure]
Time: 50 seconds
SOLVENT AND ECO-SOLVENT PARAMETERS
Knife blade: 60º
Temperature: 160 °C
Pressure: 2.5 - 3.0 bar [medium pressure]
Time: 20 seconds
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBLIMATION INKS
Print the design directly on the rough side of the vinyl

Place the garment on the press and pre-press for 4-5 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture from the fabric
Take the vinyl off its liner and place it on the garment
Cover with protective paper
Press for 50 seconds, medium pressure
If you have used transfer tape, hot peel it
