POLI-FLEX 4605 is a PU film (polyurethane) thermo-adhesive printable for textile transfer on all types of fabrics, both light and dark, except nylon and water-repellent impregnated fabrics.
Printable on the porous side
The 25 metres roll has a cardboard core or tube of Ø7.5 cm
The liner or support is a self-adhesive polyester film with a glossy finish of 175 μ
Manufactured in Germany by Poli-Tape
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
To facilitate the placement of the vinyl on the garment, we recommend using the Poli-Tack 854 carrier, see Related Products
Not compatible with Epson EcoTank inkjet printer inks
After printing the vinyl with the ink, it should be left to dry. It can be transferred to the garment when the ink is dry to the touch
The manufacturer recommends conducting prior tests with your eco-solvent ink before printing
Print the design on the porous side in direct mode
Let the ink dry
When the ink is dry to the touch, cut the vinyl with a plotter
Remove the excess vinyl (weeding process)
Apply the Poli-Tack 854 carrier with the help of a squeegee
Heat the press to 160 ºC
Place the garment on the press and pre-press for 4-5 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture from the fabric
Place the vinyl on the garment
Press with medium pressure for 15 seconds
Remove the carrier sheet hot
If you want a glossy finish, place a piece of laminate over the design and protective paper on top
Press applying the vinyl parameters
Open the press and remove the laminate
WASH RESISTANCE
Wash resistance: max. 60 ºC
Only colour detergents
Wash the garment inside out
Iron the garment inside out
Suitable for tumble drying

<li>Print the design on the porous side in <strong>direct mode</strong></li>
<li>Let the ink dry</li>
<li>When the ink is dry to the touch, cut the vinyl with a plotter</li>
<li>Remove the excess vinyl (weeding process)</li>
<li>Apply the <strong>Poli-Tack 854</strong> carrier with the help of a squeegee</li>
