<p><strong>DESCRIPTION</strong></p>
<p>POLI-FLEX 4605 is a <strong>PU film</strong> (polyurethane) <strong>thermo-adhesive printable</strong> for textile transfer on all types of fabrics, both light and dark, except nylon and water-repellent impregnated fabrics.</p>

<li>Printable on the porous side</li>
<li>The <strong>25 metres</strong> roll has a cardboard core or tube of <span class="azul-negrita">Ø7.5 cm</span></li>
<li>The <strong>liner</strong> or <strong>support</strong> is a <strong>self-adhesive polyester film</strong> with a glossy finish of <span class="azul-negrita">175 μ</span></li>

<p><strong>THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND<br></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>To facilitate the placement of the vinyl on the garment, we recommend using the <strong>Poli-Tack 854</strong> carrier, see <strong>Related Products</strong></li>
<li>Not compatible with <strong>Epson EcoTank inkjet printer inks</strong></li>
<li>After printing the vinyl with the ink, it should be left to dry. It can be transferred to the garment when the ink is dry to the touch</li>
<li>The manufacturer recommends conducting prior tests with your <strong>eco-solvent ink</strong> before printing</li>

<p><strong>APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS<br></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Print the design on the porous side in <strong>direct mode</strong></li>
<li>Let the ink dry</li>
<li>When the ink is dry to the touch, cut the vinyl with a plotter</li>
<li>Remove the excess vinyl (weeding process)</li>
<li>Apply the <strong>Poli-Tack 854</strong> carrier with the help of a squeegee</li>
<li>Heat the press to <span class="azul-negrita">160 ºC</span></li>
<li>Place the garment on the press and pre-press for <span class="azul-negrita">4-5 seconds</span> to remove wrinkles and moisture from the fabric</li>
<li>Place the vinyl on the garment</li>
<li>Press with <strong>medium pressure</strong> for <span class="azul-negrita">15 seconds</span></li>
<li>Remove the carrier sheet <strong>hot</strong></li>
<li>If you want a glossy finish, place a piece of laminate over the design and protective paper on top</li>
<li>Press applying the vinyl parameters</li>
<li>Open the press and remove the laminate</li>
</ul>
