Neck cushion with massage effect to relax the cervical area. Customisable covers on both sides by sublimation. Filled with lavender and wheat seeds that activate with heat in the microwave.
Neck pillow ideal for customisation with spa and gym brands. It can also be printed as a gift for aromatherapy sessions
Cover made of white plush polyester fabric, with a slight shiny finish. Soft and velvety touch
Envelope closure that facilitates complete printing
Thermal seed filling wrapped in polyester fabric. When heated in the microwave, it acts as a neck muscle relaxant and emits a pleasant lavender aroma with anti-stress properties
The cover can also be customised with embroidery, transfer, textile vinyl, DTG, DTF and screen printing

COVER WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS
Maximum washing temperature: 40 ºC
Do not use bleach or dry clean
Air dry
Iron at low temperature
NECK PILLOW USAGE RECOMMENDATIONS
Heat in the microwave for 1 minute at 750-1000 W or for 2 minutes at 500-750 W
Do not place in the microwave inside bags or any other packaging
Do not heat in an oven
Do not overheat
Check the temperature before use
Allow to cool to room temperature before reheating
RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
Print the design in mirror mode
Heat the press to 200 ºC
Before sublimating, place a paper inside the internal flap to protect the rest of the cover
Place the cover on the press base with the printed side of the paper on the cover
Close the press at a medium-high pressure for 40 seconds
Using a protective glove, remove the freshly printed cover
Carefully remove the paper
Insert the filling into the cover
