  • We do not accept returns on this product as it is a code-activated software
  • You will find the activation code in the "Lot/Serial Number" column on the delivery note of your purchase, next to your personal details and order number
  • If Silhouette performs a software update, it will be done automatically
  • Compatible with Windows (8 or higher) and Mac (OS X 10.14 or higher)

 

 

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Make sure that your computer is connected to the internet and that you have installed the free Silhouette Studio v1.9.0 or higher version
  2. Open Silhouette Studio and go to the Help menu
  3. Select "Upgrade to Designer Edition", "Upgrade to Designer Edition Plus" or "Upgrade to Business Edition", depending on which you purchased
  4. Enter the 16-digit licence key that you will find in the “Lot/Serial Number" column on your purchase order
  5. To complete the process, also enter your email address and password
  6. Click on the “Submit” button
  7. The licence will activate and the software will upgrade automatically
