RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Before sublimation, it is recommended to shake off the adhesive and to clean the part to be placed on the t-shirt and clean with an adhesive lint remover brush the part that will be placed on the sublimation surface. This removes impurities and dust that could cause stains and smudges
- Print the design in mode mirror
- Preheat the press to 200 ºC
- Place the t-shirt on the base of the press and the printed part of the paper on the t-shirt
- Close the press at medium-high pressure for 35 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the newly printed t-shirt the freshly printed
- Carefully peel off the paper
