DESCRIPTION

SubliFirst leaves no residue or yellowing on the fabric. It provides a soft and imperceptible feel on the fabric

Once applied to the garment, it can be sublimated on the base following the steps of this technique

No screen printing machines are required to apply the base. Screens and squeegees are sufficient

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

Any sublimation ink can be used on the SubliFirst base

Use a drying oven to cure the coating quickly or let it dry at room temperature for 24-36 hours

When applied correctly, the product ensures good wash resistance at 40 °C

Use a roller to distribute the base evenly

Cure the base in a drying oven at 100 °C for 2 minutes. Or dry at room temperature for 24-36 hours

Step 2: Sublimation

Print the design on sublimation paper in mirror mode

Place the garment on the transfer press

Place the printed paper with the design on the applied base and a protective paper on top

Press at 200 °C with medium-high pressure for 50 seconds

Remove the sublimation paper while hot
