RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated are for guidance only. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
Print the design in mirror mode
Remove the protective paper that covers the photo panel
Heat the press to 180 ºC
Place the photo panel on the press base and the printed design on the customisable side of the photo panel. Secure it with heat-resistant adhesive tape
Pre-press for 15-20 seconds. This will help remove any moisture residue that the wood may have absorbed. This way, it will not chip or crack
Place the printed side of the paper on the side to be sublimated. Secure them with heat-resistant adhesive tape
Close the press with medium pressure for 70-90 seconds
Using protective gloves, remove the freshly printed paper
