DESCRIPTION

  • Suitable for food consumption. Do not transfer taste to the drink
  • Cylindrical aluminium body with a glossy white sublimable exterior coating
  • BPA-free plastic cap and spout
  • Cap attached to the lid. Dispenser with screw closure and silicone seal to prevent leaks during use
  • Mouth size suitable for easy refilling and cleaning of the bottles. Black-coloured neck of the bottle
  • Foldable handle on the cap for hanging the bottles with a carabiner (See Related Products)
  • Presented in a kraft cardboard box
  • The bottles can also be customised using other techniques such as laser engraving, screen printing, adhesive vinyl, transfer and UV DTF

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated are for guidance. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

MUG PRESS

  • Print the design in mirror mode
  • Heat the press to 180 °C
  • Remove the bottle cap
  • Wrap the printed design around the bottle and secure it with heat-resistant tape
  • Place the bottle in a suitable resistance and then insert it into the mug press
  • Close the press with medium pressure for 65 seconds
  • Using a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated bottle
  • Carefully remove the paper

SUBLIMATION OVEN

  • Print the design in mirror mode
  • Heat the oven to 180 °C
  • Remove the bottle cap
  • Wrap the printed design around the bottle and secure it with heat-resistant tape
  • Place and adjust the clamp or insert the bottle into a shrink bag and shrink it with the gun. You can also use a silicone sheet
  • Place the bottle in the oven for 7 minutes
  • Using a protective glove, remove the clamp, silicone sheet, or bag, as applicable
  • Carefully remove the paper from the bottle
