<li>Heat the press to <span class="azul-negrita">200 ºC</span></li>
<li>Remove the protective plastic from the clock panel</li>
<li>Place the clock panel on the lower plate of the press and the printed side of the paper on the panel</li>
<li>Close the press at a <strong>medium pressure</strong> for <span class="azul-negrita">60-80 seconds</span></li>
<li>With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed panel</li>
<li>Carefully remove the paper</li>
