RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
Print the design in mirror image
Preheat the press to 180 ºC
Remove the protective film covering the aluminium foil
Place the printed design on the foil. Fix them with thermal adhesive tape to prevent them from moving
Close the press at medium pressure for 45 seconds
With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated foil
Carefully remove the paper from the film. Wait for it to cool down
Remove the protective paper from the adhesive base of the key ring
Place the foil on the key ring. Press until it does not move
