RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters given as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
WITH A MUG PRESS
Print the design in mirror image
Preheat the press to 200 ºC
Hold the paper's printed side against the candle holder and fix it with heat-resistant tape
Close the press with medium-high pressure for 180 seconds
Ref. 031032 is printable with a mug press using 6-10 oz heating elements. Also suitable for sublimation ovens using wrap Ref. 003909
Ref. 032765 is printable with a mug press using a 10 oz heating element
Remove the newly printed candle holder using a protective glove
Peel off the paper carefully
WITH A SUBLIMATION OVEN
Print the design in mirror image
Preheat the oven to 200 ºC
Hold the paper's printed side against the candle holder and fix it with heat-resistant tape
Adjust the wrap around the candle holder, ensuring sufficient pressure
For candle holder Ref. 031032, adjust wrap Ref. 003909, and for candle holder Ref. 032756, adjust wrap Ref. 032412
Place in the oven for 15 minutes
Remove the newly printed candle holder using a protective glove
