Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
WITH A FLAT PRESS
Print in mirror image
Preheat the press to 175 ºC
Place a Nomex pad on the lower platen of the press and then protective paper to prevent ink transfer
Place the printed design on the board and secure with heat-resistant tape to prevent movement
Place the board "face down" on the Nomex pad. The printable side of the board covered with the paper should be in direct contact with the pad
Close the press and sublimate at medium-high pressure for 120 seconds
Open the press and remove the newly sublimated board using a protective glove
Once cool, place the cork on the back of the board. To do this, remove the protective paper from the adhesive on the cork
