RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters given as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
WITH A MUG HEAT PRESS
Print the design in mirror image
Preheat the press to 200 ºC
Hold the paper's printed side against the pot and fix it with heat-resistant tape
Close the press with medium-high pressure for 180 seconds
Remove the newly printed pot using a protective glove
Peel off the paper carefully
WITH A SUBLIMATION OVEN
Print the design in mirror image
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC
Hold the paper's printed side against the pot and fix it with heat-resistant tape
Adjust the wrap around it or slide it into a heat shrink bag and heat it with a heat gun. You can also use a silicone sheet
Sublimate in the oven for 13-15 minutes
Remove the wrap, silicone sheet or bag using a protective glove, as applicable
