RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
WITH A MUG HEAT PRESS
Print the design in mirror image
Preheat the press with a 10-11oz heating element to 200 ºC
Hold the paper's printed side against the tub and fix it with heat-resistant tape
Close the press at medium-high pressure for 180 seconds
Remove the newly printed tub using a protective glove
Peel off the paper carefully
WITH A 3D OVEN
Print the design in mirror image
Preheat the sublimation oven to 200 ºC
Hold the paper's printed side against the tub and fix it with heat-resistant tape
Fit a sublimation oven wrap or silicone sheet around the tub or create a vacuum with a heat shrink bag
Place the tub in the oven for 15 minutes
Remove the tub using a protective glove at the end of the process
