RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters are given as a guide only. They may vary due to many factors such as the paper used, the inks or ambient temperature. For this reason, it is recommended to perform tests.
WITH A CUP IRON
Print the design in mode mirror
Preheat the press to 200 °C
Place the paper with the printed side on the mug and fix it with thermal adhesive tape.
Close the press at medium-high pressure for 180 seconds
With the help of a protective glove, remove the newly printed mug freshly printed
Carefully peel off the paper
WITH A SUBLIMATION OVEN
Print the design in mode mirror
Heat the sublimation oven to 180 °C
Place the printed part of the paper on the mug and tape it with heat tape
Attach the clamp to the mug or the silicone sheet. If you use a bag heat-shrinkable tape, peel off the heat-shrinkable tape
Place the mug in the oven for 13-15 minutes
With the help of a protective glove, remove the newly printed mug freshly printed
