DESCRIPTION

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- The sublimatable side of each plate is covered with a protective flim. It should be removed before sublimating

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters are given as a guide only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mode mirror
- Preheat the press to 180 °C
- Remove the protective film from the sublimatable side of the plate
- Place the plate on the base plate of the plate and the printed paper on the plate. Fix them with thermal adhesive tape so that they do not move
- Close the press at medium pressure for 45 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated plate
- Carefully remove the paper
- Remove the paper protecting the adhesive on the key ring disc. Centre the badge on it and fix it in place
