RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror image
- Preheat the press to 200 ºC
- Remove the protective plastic from the printable side of the sheets
- Place the sheets on the lower platen of the press and the paper's printed side against the sheets. Fix it with heat-resistant tape
- Close the press with medium pressure for 40 seconds
- Remove the newly printed sheets using a protective glove
- Peel off the paper carefully
- Peel off the protective paper covering the adhesive on each side of the cigarette case and attach the printed sheets
