INSTRUCTIONS AND SPECIFIC PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION
Parameters are given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
Print the design in mode mirror
Preheat the press to 180 ºC
Place the part of the lanyard to be sublimated on the base of the iron and the printed part of the paper on top of it. You can tape it with thermal tape to prevent it from moving
Cover the rest of the lanyard with protective paper to prevent ink migration
Close the press at medium-high pressure for 40 seconds
With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed lanyard
Carefully remove the paper
Repeat the same operation for all parts to be personalised
