THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- After printing the vinyl with sublimation ink, let it dry. It can be transferred to the garment when the ink is dry to the touch
- Print using cut marks so it can be cut with the vinyl cutter
- The backing or liner acts as a transfer sheet
- Wait 24 hours before the first wash
TRANSFER PARAMETERS
- Cutting blade: 60º
- Temperature: 180 ºC
- Time: 15 seconds
- Pressure: 2.5-3.0 bar [medium pressure]
SUBLIMATION PARAMETERS
- Temperature: 180 ºC
- Time: 50-60 seconds
- Pressure: 2.5-3 bar [medium pressure]
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1. VINYL TRANSFER TO FABRIC
- Cut the vinyl in mirror mode with the vinyl cutter. The shiny side should face down
- Remove excess vinyl (weeding process)
- Heat the press to 180 ºC
- Place the garment on the press and pre-press for 4-5 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture from the fabric
- Place the vinyl on the garment and protective paper over the vinyl
- Press with medium pressure for 15 seconds
- Remove the liner while hot
STEP 2. VINYL SUBLIMATION
- Print the design in mirror mode on sublimation paper
- Heat the press to 180 ºC
- Place the printed side of the paper on the vinyl
- Place protective paper
- Press with medium pressure for 50-60 seconds
- Let the ink dry before using the garment
WASH RESISTANCE
- Wash resistance: max. 40ºC (orange) and 60ºC (white and extra-glitter white)
- Wash the garment inside out
- Use only colour detergent
