<p><strong>RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS</strong></p>
<p>Parameters indicated as <strong>guidelines</strong>. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.</p>
<p><strong>WITH MUG PRESS</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Print the design in <strong>mirror mode</strong></li>
<li>Heat the press to <span class="azul-negrita">200º C</span></li>
<li>Remove the lid from the mug</li>
<li>Place the paper with the printed side on the mug and secure it with thermal adhesive tape</li>
<li>Close the press with <strong>medium-high pressure</strong> for <span class="azul-negrita">180 seconds</span></li>
<li>Using a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated mug</li>
<li>Carefully remove the paper</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>WITH SUBLIMATION OVEN</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Print the design in <strong>mirror mode</strong></li>
<li>Heat the press to <span class="azul-negrita">200º C</span></li>
<li>Remove the lid from the mug</li>
<li>Cover the base of the mug with thermal tape</li>
<li>Place the printed design in mirror mode around the mug and secure it using thermal adhesive tape</li>
<li>Adjust the clamp, or insert the mug into a shrink bag and shrink it with a heat gun. You can also use a silicone sheet</li>
<li>Sublimate in the oven for <span class="azul-negrita">5 minutes</span></li>
<li>Using a protective glove, remove the clamp, silicone sheet, or bag, as applicable</li>
<li>Carefully remove the paper from the mug</li>
<li>Cool using a fan or a tub of lukewarm water</li>
</ul>
