- The sublimatable badge has a protective plastic cover. It must be removed before sublimating
- The key ring has an adhesive side to attach the badge. Remove the protective paper covering the sticker to attach the sublimated badge

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters are given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print on design in mode mirror
- Preheat the press to 180 °C
- Remove the protective plastic from the plate
- Place the sublimatable plate on the plate base and the printed part of the paper in contact with the plate. Because of its small size, we can use a small plate plate plate
- Close the press at medium-high pressure for 40 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated plate
- Carefully remove the paper
- Remove the paper from the adhesive on the base of the key ring. Centre the badge on the keyring and attach it
