THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

It is advisable to remove the ring before sublimating the keyring and cover the fabric loop with protective paper to prevent damage from heat

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

Print the design in mirror mode
Heat the press to 200 ºC
Remove the ring from the keyring
Cover the keyring loop with protective paper to prevent damage from heat
Place the keyring on the press base with the white side facing up and the printed side of the paper on the white side of the keyring
Secure them with heat-resistant tape
Close the press at medium-high pressure for 40 seconds
Using a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated keyring
Carefully remove the paper
Insert the ring into the loop
