DESCRIPTION

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- The sheet has a clear plastic film that protects the printable side. This must be removed before sublimating
- The printable area contains adhesive to attach the sheet once sublimated
- It is recommended to carefully fix the sheet to the base. Once adhered, it may break if you try to remove it

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror image
- Preheat the press to 200 ºC
- Remove the protective film from the printable side of the sheet
- Hold the paper's printed side against the sheet. Fix them with heat-resistant tape to prevent movement
- Place the sheet on the lower platen of the press
- Close the press with medium pressure for 40 seconds
- Remove the sheet using a protective glove
- Peel off the paper carefully
- Remove the paper covering the adhesive on the lighter's lid and place the sublimated sheet
- Press the sheet firmly onto the lid to secure it
