THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
It can be sublimated on both sides in 2 steps or in one step, opening the entire surface cover on the lower platen of the press
Before sublimating, it is advisable to place a piece of mat or other material underneath the cover, so that the area you want to personalise is at the same height as the edges. This base should be resistant to high temperatures
Leave the carabiner out of the press during the dye sublimation printing to avoid scratching it

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters indicated as for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
Print the design in mode mirror
Preheat the press to 200 ºC
Place the cover on the lower platen of the press, place a piece of matting or other material underneath or inside it until the sublimatable area is at the same level as the printed area edge
Place the printed part of the paper on the cover and then cover with protective paper
Close the press at medium-high pressure for 60 seconds
Remove the newly printed cover using a protective glove
Carefully peel off the paper
Perform the same process to sublimate the other side
