Some placemats may be slightly curved. Ironing them will correct their shape, making them flat

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
Print the design in mirror image
Preheat the press to 200 ºC
Remove the paper and the clear protective plastic covering the printable side of the placemat
Use a Nomex pad on the lower platen to ensure even heat distribution
Place the placemat on the Nomex pad and the printed paper on the placemat. Fix it with heat-resistant tape
Close the press with medium pressure for 70-80 seconds
Remove the placemat using a protective glove
Peel off the paper carefully
Place a heavy object on the placemat before it cools to prevent warping
