INSTRUCTIONS AND RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
Print the design in mirror mode
Heat the press to 200 °C
Remove the protective paper and transparent plastic film from the badge
Place the badge on the base plate of the press and the printed side of the paper on the badge
Close the press at medium pressure for 40-45 seconds
With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed badge
Carefully remove the paper
Attach the safety pin or magnet to the back of the badge
