<p><strong>RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING<br></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Print the design in <strong>mirror image</strong></li>
<li>Preheat the press to <span class="azul-negrita">200ºC</span></li>
<li>Remove the protective plastic from the printable side of the plate</li>
<li>Place the sheet on the lower platen of the press and the paper's printed side against the white side of the plate. Fix it with heat-resistant tape</li>
<li>Close the press with <strong>medium pressure</strong> for <span class="azul-negrita">40 seconds</span></li>
<li>Remove the newly printed plate using a protective glove</li>
<li>Peel off the paper carefully</li>
<li>Peel off the protective paper covering the adhesive on the lid and stick the personalised plate</li>
