RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
Print the design in mirror image
Preheat the press to 200 ºC
Remove the protective plastic from the printable side of the plate
Place the sheet on the lower platen of the press and the paper's printed side against the plate. Fix it with heat-resistant tape
Close the press with a medium pressure for 40 seconds
Remove the newly printed plate using a protective glove
Peel off the paper carefully
Peel off the protective paper covering the adhesive on the lid and adhere the personalised plate
