RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror image
- Preheat the press to 200ºC
- Remove the notepad from the cover
- Turn the elastic band so that it is on the side you are not going to sublimate of the cover. Protect the ends of the band that are sewn to the cover to prevent them from burning
- Place the notepad cover on the press and the printed side of the paper on the notepad cover. Fix it with heat-resistant tape
- Close the press with medium-high pressure for 30 seconds
- Remove the newly printed notepad cover using a protective glove
- Peel off the paper carefully
