THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
Remove the notepad from the cover before sublimating it and ensure the elastic band does not come into contact with the hot press to avoid burning
RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
Print the design in mirror image
Preheat the press to 200ºC
Remove the notepad from the cover
Leave the elastic band inside the cover, i.e., in the non-sublimatable part. Protect the ends of the band that are sewn to the cover to prevent burning
Place the notepad cover on the press and the paper's printed side against the notepad cover. Fix it with heat-resistant tape
Close the press with medium-high pressure for 30 seconds
Remove the newly printed notepad cover using a protective glove
