DESCRIPTION

Ideal for personalising with distinctive logos of sports clubs, fraternities, associations...
White sublimable face with gloss finish
Back made of semi-rigid white non-sublimable interfacing. Provides strength and reinforces the body of the banner
Top corners are straight. Bottom is rounded
Border with nylon trim and sewn fringes
Rod with 2 plastic stoppers on the ends to prevent it from slipping out of the banner
Stitching at the top to insert the rod once sublimated
Cord in the same colour as the fringes. Sewn on the back of the banner
Can also be customised with other techniques such as screen printing, DTF, textile vinyl, transfer or embroidery

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

Before sublimating, it is advisable to remove the rod from the banner
The cord should remain outside the press during sublimation

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters provided as guidance only. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

Print the design in mirror mode
Heat the press to 200 °C
Place the banner on the lower plate of the press with the glossy side up and the printed design on the glossy side of the banner. Secure it with heat-resistant tape
Ensure the cord is outside the press before sublimating
Press with medium-high pressure for 45 seconds
With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed banner
Carefully remove the paper
Insert the rod into the top of the banner and attach the end caps or stoppers
