WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS

Hand wash in washing machine at a temperature not exceeding 40°C
Do not bleach
Air dry
After washing and drying, brush the mat to make the plush look uniform

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters are given as a guide only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

Print the design in mode mirror
Preheat the press to 190-200 ºC
Place protective paper over the bottom plate of the iron. It will prevent the reverse side from staining
Place the carpet on the bottom plate of the iron
Place the printed design on the mat. Fix it with heat adhesive tape to prevent it from moving
Close the press at medium pressure for 70-40 seconds
With the help of a protective glove remove the freshly printed carpet
Carefully remove the paper
