RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
WITH A MUG PRESS
Use a 10-11 oz heating element
Print the design in mirror image
Preheat the press to 180ºC
Remove the lid from the bottle
Hold the paper's printed side against the bottle and fix it with heat-resistant tape
Place the bottle in the press
Close the press with medium pressure for 35 seconds
Remove the newly printed bottle using a protective glove
Peel off the paper carefully
WITH A SUBLIMATION OVEN
Print the design in mirror image
Preheat the oven to 200ºC
Remove the lid from the bottle
Hold the printed design against the bottle and fix it with heat-resistant tape
Adjust the wrap around it or slide the bottle into a heat shrink bag and use a heat gun. You can also use a silicone sheet
Sublimate in the oven for 6-7 minutes
Remove the newly printed bottle using a protective glove
